سياسة الخصوصية (Privacy Policy)

نحن نولي أهمية قصوى لخصوصيتك. تطبيق "المدرب الذكي" مصمم ليعمل بخصوصية تامة وفق المعايير التالية:

1. تخزين البيانات والاحتفاظ بها (Data Retention)

يتم تخزين كافة بياناتك الرياضية، الصحية، وخطط التدريب محلياً على جهازك فقط. المطور Sadiq Boshnaq لا يملك خوادم سحابية (Cloud Servers) لتخزين بياناتك الشخصية.

مدة الاحتفاظ: تبقى البيانات محفوظة على جهازك طالما أن التطبيق مثبت. بمجرد حذف التطبيق، يتم حذف كافة البيانات المحلية المرتبطة به فوراً وبشكل نهائي.

2. آلية حذف البيانات (Data Deletion)

نحن نمنحك السيطرة الكاملة على بياناتك وفقاً لسياسات Google Play:

حذف البيانات المحلية: يمكنك حذف كافة بياناتك المسجلة في التطبيق في أي وقت عبر الذهاب إلى إعدادات هاتفك > التطبيقات > المدرب الذكي > مسح البيانات (Clear Data).
إلغاء التثبيت: عند إزالة التطبيق من جهازك، يتم مسح كافة السجلات المخزنة محلياً بشكل نهائي.
بيانات الإعلانات: نظراً لأننا لا نملك قاعدة بيانات للمستخدمين، لا يمكننا حذف بيانات الإعلانات يدوياً، ولكن يمكنك "إعادة تعيين معرف الإعلانات" أو حذفه من إعدادات جهازك (إعدادات Google > الإعلانات).
طلبات الحذف: لأي استفسار حول كيفية مسح بياناتك، يمكنك مراسلتنا مباشرة على بريدنا الإلكتروني المذكور في أسفل هذه السياسة.

3. الوصول إلى الحساسات

يطلب التطبيق الوصول إلى حساسات الحركة لتشغيل عداد الخطوات. يتم معالجة هذه البيانات لحظياً داخل التطبيق لتحسين دقة الحساب ولا يتم رفعها أو مشاركتها مع أي جهة خارجية.

4. الصور والوسائط

يستخدم التطبيق مكتبة صور توضيحية مدمجة. في حال قمت باختيار صورة شخصية لملفك، فإن الصورة تُحفظ في الذاكرة المحلية لهاتفك فقط ولا يتم رفعها لأي خادم.

5. خدمات الطرف الثالث والإعلانات (Google AdMob)

يستخدم التطبيق خدمة Google AdMob لعرض الإعلانات. قد تقوم Google بجمع بعض المعرفات التقنية (مثل Android Advertising ID) لتقديم إعلانات ذات صلة، وذلك وفقاً لسياسة خصوصية Google. يمكنك إدارة هذه التفضيلات من إعدادات حسابك في Google.

6. الموافقة والتعديلات

باستخدامك لتطبيق "المدرب الذكي"، فإنك توافق على سياسة الخصوصية الموضحة أعلاه. نحتفظ بالحق في تحديث هذه السياسة لضمان الامتثال الدائم لقوانين حماية البيانات.

We prioritize your privacy. The "Smart Coach App" is designed to operate with complete privacy according to the following standards:

1. Data Retention

All your fitness, health data, and workout plans are stored locally on your device only. The developer Sadiq Boshnaq does not use cloud servers for personal data storage.

Retention Period: Data remains on your device as long as the app is installed. Once the app is deleted, all associated local data is immediately and permanently removed.

2. Data Deletion Mechanism

We give you full control over your data in accordance with Google Play policies:

Deleting Local Data: You can delete all your data recorded in the app at any time by going to your Phone Settings > Apps > Smart Coach > Clear Data.
Uninstallation: When you remove the app from your device, all locally stored records are permanently deleted.
Advertising Data: Since we do not maintain a user database, we cannot manually delete advertising data. However, you can "Reset Advertising ID" or delete it from your device settings (Google Settings > Ads).
Deletion Requests: For any inquiries regarding how to clear your data, you can message us directly at the email provided at the bottom of this policy.

3. Sensor Access

The app requests access to motion sensors for the step counter. This data is processed in real-time within the app to ensure calculation accuracy and is never uploaded or shared with any third party.

4. Media & Images

The app uses built-in illustrative images. If you select a profile picture, it remains only in your device's local storage and is never uploaded to any server.

5. Third-Party Services and Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app uses Google AdMob to display ads. Google may collect technical identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID) to serve relevant ads, according to Google's privacy policy. You can manage these preferences from your Google account settings.

6. Consent and Amendments

By using the "Smart Coach App", you agree to the privacy policy outlined above. We reserve the right to update this policy to ensure ongoing compliance with data protection laws.
